Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and research teams to define the technical vision for the upcoming era.
- Optimize system latency and energy consumption to meet 2026 sustainability standards.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and drive technical innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure leadership.
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, large language models, and distributed systems.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, mission-critical systems on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
