Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms for commercial machine learning applications.
- Lead the architecture of hybrid quantum-classical computing systems to enhance AI model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including physicists, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum hardware integration with cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing, cryptography, and neural networks.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure scalable deployment of AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software engineering.
- Proven expertise in quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and their quantum analogues.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or R&D environment.
