Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic county administrative policies and procedures

- Coordinate with state/federal agencies for grant compliance and program implementation
- Lead public engagement initiatives and community outreach programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor department staff
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in municipal/county government
- Proven expertise in public policy development and implementation
- Strong budget management and grant-writing experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
