Responsibilities
- Process and administer state benefit programs including CalFresh and Medi-Cal
- Conduct eligibility assessments and provide client counseling
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation

- Represent agency at community events and workshops
- Ensure adherence to state regulations and privacy laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or non-profit social services
- Proficiency with case management software (e.g., CWS, MAXIS)
- Strong knowledge of California public benefits programs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in public benefits administration preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
