Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Coordinate multi-agency health initiatives with Chicago Public Schools and community organizations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy decisions
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate health outcomes to stakeholders
- Lead crisis response protocols for public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health administration experience in urban settings
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS for health data analysis
- CHES certification or equivalent public health credential
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and federal compliance (CDC, HRSA)
- Valid Illinois driver's license and ability to travel across Cook County
