- Supervise public health staff and program budgets
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and public health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public health management experience
- Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Proven experience with grant writing and federal program management
- Advanced proficiency in health data analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
