Responsibilities

- Manage departmental budgets and grant funding applications

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in government/public health administration
- Valid Tennessee Health Administrator certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in health data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, SAS)
- Strong grant writing and budget management experience
- Knowledge of Memphis's healthcare landscape and social determinants of health
