Responsibilities
- Design and oversee public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state funding
- Lead cross-functional teams during public health emergencies
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for vaccination initiatives
- Develop community outreach strategies for health education
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government/public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Tableau)
- Experience with federal grant management (CDC, HRSA)
- Strong knowledge of Ohio public health regulations
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license
