Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved populations

- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets effectively
- Conduct health education workshops and public awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with state and federal health agencies for compliance and resource sharing
- Lead crisis response during public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government/public health sector
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with community-based participatory research
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Knowledge of California public health regulations and compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours during emergencies
