Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of county-wide public health initiatives and emergency response protocols
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health or healthcare management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential preferred

- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and Illinois public health regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and grant-funded projects
