Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health strategies aligned with county and state mandates
- Oversee grant writing, budget management, and resource allocation for health initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in public health program management
- Valid Missouri Public Health Administrator certification
- Proven expertise in grant management and federal/state compliance (e.g., CDC, HRSA)
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in health informatics systems
- Strong crisis management experience during public health emergencies
