Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of public health or healthcare experience
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and statistical software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Knowledge of Massachusetts public health systems strongly preferred
