Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify trends, risks, and emerging health threats
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for county health programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement community health interventions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and policymakers
- Monitor compliance with federal/state health regulations and grant requirements
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote health equity and access
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health analysis or program evaluation
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal public health regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel countywide
