Responsibilities

- Monitor compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations
- Lead community health assessment projects in Orleans Parish
- Manage grant-funded programs targeting health equity outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health analytics experience
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
- Strong written communication skills for policy development
- Experience with public health emergency response protocols
- Louisiana residency required at time of hire
