We seek a passionate Public Health Program Administrator to develop, implement, and evaluate health programs serving Marion County residents. Responsibilities
- Design and oversee evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify community health trends and prioritize interventions
- Manage program budgets, grant applications, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and government agencies to align health initiatives
- Develop educational materials and community outreach campaigns for diverse populations
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and prepare reports for leadership review
- Supervise program staff and interns to ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program management
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and Indiana public health statutes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Health Services Management preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
