Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field
- 3+ years regulatory compliance experience in government or healthcare
- Valid Minnesota Food Manager Certification
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and local health codes
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Proficiency with GIS mapping and database management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
