Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response protocols during public health crises
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness strategies for vulnerable populations
- Analyze public health data to inform real-time decision-making
- Led community outreach and crisis communication initiatives
- Manage resource allocation for emergency response teams
- Ensure compliance with FEMA and CDC guidelines
- Conduct post-incident evaluations and improvement planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health emergency coordination
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during emergencies
- Strong knowledge of NIMS/ICS frameworks
- Experience with GIS mapping and data visualization tools
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) preferred
