Responsibilities
- Develop and execute emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate with FEMA, MDH, and local emergency management agencies
- Manage crisis communication strategies for multi-lingual populations
- Train 200+ frontline healthcare workers in emergency procedures
- Analyze epidemiological data to predict resource allocation needs
- Oversee distribution of PPE and medical supplies across 12 districts
- Lead community vaccination and testing surge operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Emergency Management
- 3+ years crisis response coordination experience
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS-300)
- Advanced proficiency in GIS mapping and data visualization
- Experience managing federal grant-funded projects (HRSA/FEMA)
- Spanish fluency required for community engagement
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work 24/7 during declared emergencies
