Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate with FEMA, CDC, and state health departments during disaster deployments
- Lead community vaccination and testing initiatives during health emergencies
- Train frontline staff and volunteers in emergency response procedures
- Analyze data to predict health crisis hotspots and allocate resources strategically
- Manage public communication during outbreaks to ensure transparency and compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
