Responsibilities
- Lead multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises

- Train healthcare workers and community volunteers on emergency protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of public health emergency response experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent
- Expertise in HSEEP and NIMS frameworks
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong inter-agency collaboration abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Spanish fluency preferred
