Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, and municipal departments
- Lead community outreach and crisis communication during public health emergencies
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform resource allocation and intervention strategies
- Train staff and community stakeholders on emergency preparedness procedures
- Manage grant-funded projects related to public health infrastructure
- Prepare federal compliance reports and emergency response documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health crisis response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Proven track record coordinating multi-agency emergency operations
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making during public health crises
- Strong experience with grant management and federal reporting
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
