- Manage data-driven communication strategies for vulnerable populations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years emergency management or public health response experience
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Strong data analysis and crisis communication skills
- Experience with public health emergency planning software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during emergencies
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
