Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for natural disasters
- Collaborate with local hospitals, EMS, and federal agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of emergency response or public health experience
- Current Texas Emergency Management certification (TEMI preferred)
- Experience with NIMS/ICS frameworks
- Strong knowledge of CDC/DSHS emergency protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
