Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of emergency response coordination experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent designation
- Experience with NIMS/ICS protocols and FEMA frameworks
- Proven crisis communication and multi-agency leadership skills
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
