Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response operations
- Lead community risk assessment and vulnerability mapping
- Oversee grant funding for emergency preparedness programs
- Train public health staff and community partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300/400)
- Proven grant writing and program management experience
- Strong data analysis and crisis communication skills
- Knowledge of Nevada public health regulations
- Ability to work extended hours during emergencies
