Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response operations during incidents
- Lead public communication campaigns during health emergencies
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform strategic interventions
- Manage resource allocation for emergency response teams
- Conduct risk assessments for vulnerable populations
- Train community stakeholders on emergency preparedness
- Prepare compliance reports for state and federal agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of emergency response coordination experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Experience with NIMS/ICS frameworks and FEMA protocols
- Proven crisis communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced knowledge of public health emergency regulations
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
- Valid Colorado driver's license
