Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises

- Prepare grant proposals to secure federal/state emergency response funding

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or equivalent
- Proven crisis communication skills with multicultural communities
- Advanced data analysis experience with health surveillance systems
- Strong grant writing and budget management capabilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license
