Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health strategies using epidemiological data
- Analyze health trends and prepare comprehensive policy recommendations
- Coordinate with state agencies and community organizations on health initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Present findings to stakeholders through reports and public presentations
- Lead cross-functional teams in emergency response planning
- Maintain accurate health surveillance databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, SPSS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with federal grant management and reporting
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health confidentiality laws
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
