Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate complex policy proposals addressing urban development, equity, and public health
- Analyze legislative impacts and recommend actionable strategies to County Executive
- Lead cross-functional task forces including finance, planning, and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative bodies and public forums
- Monitor federal/state regulatory changes and implement compliance frameworks
- Manage $2M+ policy implementation budgets with rigorous fiscal oversight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in government/public policy with NYC/local government experience
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes policy initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- NYS driver's license required
