Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in emergency management or public health response
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., Epi Info, SAS)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (serving diverse communities)
- Ability to deploy within 4 hours during emergencies
- Clearance for federal background investigation
