Responsibilities
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and outbreak response coordination
- Develop and deliver community health education programs
- Manage immunization clinics and vaccination campaigns
- Provide clinical services in underserved areas
- Collaborate with schools, clinics, and community organizations
- Document health data using county reporting systems
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years public health or community nursing experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Valid California driver's license
- Certification in Public Health Nursing (CPHN)
