Responsibilities
- Del immunization services and health screenings in community clinics
- Conduct epidemiological investigations for disease outbreaks
- Develop and implement health education programs for diverse populations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Maintain accurate public health records and documentation
- Respond to public health emergencies and disasters
- Provide culturally competent care to underserved communities
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years public health or community nursing experience
- Certification in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license
