Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culturally responsive health education campaigns
- Collaborate with community organizations to identify health disparities
- Coordinate vaccination drives and preventive health screenings
- Analyze local health data to inform program strategies
- Manage grant-funded health outreach initiatives
- Train community health ambassadors
- Report program outcomes to county leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years community health outreach experience
- Certification in Health Education (CHES) preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or Arabic required
- Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS/Tableau)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
