Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health education campaigns targeting underserved populations
- Coordinate vaccination drives and preventive health screenings across El Paso County
- Analyze local health data to identify emerging public health priorities
- Foster partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and healthcare providers
- Manage grant-funded outreach projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Develop culturally appropriate health materials in English and Spanish
- Lead community health assessments and program evaluation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community health outreach or program coordination
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Spanish)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in public health metrics
- Knowledge of CDC guidelines and Texas Department of Health regulations
- Experience managing grant-funded projects and reporting
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
