Responsibilities
- Design and execute culturally responsive health education campaigns for underserved populations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to identify priority health concerns
- Coordinate mobile health clinics and vaccination outreach events
- Develop multilingual health materials and digital engagement strategies
- Facilitate community workshops on preventive health topics
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare impact reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years community outreach or health program experience
- Proven ability to engage diverse communities with cultural humility
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder health initiatives
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
