Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or non-profit health policy analysis
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with health equity frameworks and community-based participatory research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with policy writing samples
- Knowledge of Massachusetts public health regulations and healthcare systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for community site visits
