Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform evidence-based public health policies
- Develop legislative recommendations for health system improvements
- Coordinate inter-agency health initiatives with federal and local partners
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and implementation frameworks
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with healthcare providers
- Monitor policy outcomes through quantitative impact assessments
- Manage grant-funded public health projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with health policy research methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Ohio's public health framework and regulations
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- US citizenship required for government clearance
