Responsibilities
- Analyze public health data to inform state policy recommendations
- Collaborate with legislators and community stakeholders on health equity initiatives
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and implementation roadmaps
- Manage grant-funded health improvement programs
- Lead cross-departmental task forces for health emergency response
- Monitor federal health policy changes for Oregon compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in health data visualization tools (Tableau, SPSS)
- Deep understanding of Oregon's public health infrastructure
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills across diverse communities
- Valid Oregon driver's license
