Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health education campaigns targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and program needs
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for health initiatives and emergency response
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement activities
- Prepare comprehensive program reports and data-driven recommendations
- Supervise program staff and volunteers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program coordination experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience managing federal/state grants and budgets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/Spanish
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
