Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Detroit communities
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and secure federal/state funding opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams including epidemiologists, community health workers, and policy analysts
- Analyze health data to identify emerging trends and inform strategic interventions
- Collaborate with local health departments, non-profits, and healthcare providers
- Oversee compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and public health regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health program management
- Proven grant writing and federal funding acquisition expertise
- Michigan Public Health Manager certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Tableau)
- Experience managing diverse teams in government/nonprofit settings
