Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health programs targeting disparities in Baltimore
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and priorities
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare providers
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop grant proposals and secure funding for public health initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years managing public health programs in government settings
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Experience with health equity initiatives in urban environments
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong written communication skills for reports and grant writing
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
