Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design outreach strategies and health education campaigns
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify trends and inform program adjustments
- Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead community stakeholder engagement and partnership development
- Prepare comprehensive program reports for city leadership and funding agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong knowledge of CDC/CA Department of Public Health guidelines
- Experience managing budgets over $500,000
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred
