Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of program management experience in government/public sector
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Expertise in data analysis and health informatics systems
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Knowledge of NM state public health regulations
