Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams of healthcare professionals and community partners
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and intervention opportunities
- Prepare grant proposals and secure funding for program expansion
- Coordinate crisis response protocols for public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proven experience with budget management over $500K
- Expertise in health equity frameworks and community engagement
- Strong data analysis skills using SPSS/R/STATA
- Valid California driver's license
