Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community health disparities
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and data analysis for disease prevention

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field

- Valid Texas Department of State Health Services certification

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience with federal grant applications and reporting (CDC/HRSA)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health emergency laws
