Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Manage $2M+ grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams including epidemiologists, community organizers, and healthcare providers
- Analyze health data trends to inform policy recommendations and resource allocation
- Collaborate with local government, non-profits, and healthcare systems on health initiatives
- Oversee program evaluation and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive program management experience in public health
- Kentucky residency required (within 6 months of hire)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Experience with HRSA or CDC grant management preferred
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation strongly preferred
- Proficiency in SPSS/R for health data analysis
