Responsibilities
- Design and oversee public health initiatives targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform program strategy
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage program budgets and reporting requirements
- Develop educational materials and public awareness campaigns
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and community feedback
- Represent the department in intergovernmental coalitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Knowledge of Washington State public health regulations
- Experience with grant writing and compliance
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Valid Washington State driver's license
