Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and priorities
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local government agencies
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Train healthcare staff on public health protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
