Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health education campaigns targeting vulnerable populations
- Collect, analyze, and report epidemiological data to inform program strategies
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community organizations for resource alignment
- Monitor program compliance with state/federal regulations and reporting requirements
- Conduct site visits and provide technical assistance to partner agencies
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, or Excel)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with community outreach in diverse urban environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and Texas public health statutes
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
