Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy development and health equity initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement activities
- Prepare detailed reports for public health board meetings and funding agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/STATA
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance (CDC/HHS)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or Somali highly desirable
